At Jacob Mark Jewelers, every piece we create is crafted with precision and tailored specifically for our customers. Because of the custom nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of a manufacturer’s defect.

Custom & Stock Jewelry – All Sales Final
Each piece is made to order or selected with care, ensuring a unique fit and design for every customer.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry, including grillz, chains, earrings, rings, pendants, or other items.

Manufacturer’s Defect Exception
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If your jewelry has a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace it under the following conditions:

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
If the issue qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Custom Orders & Personalized Pieces
All custom jewelry, including grillz, engraved pieces, and personalized designs, are final sale.
Once production begins, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

Repairs & Warranty
We offer paid repair services for normal wear and tear.
Any unauthorized alterations or third-party repairs void any warranty or replacement eligibility.
