Jacob Mark Jewelers is committed to delivering orders safely and securely. Because most of our products are custom-made or produced to order, shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the item.

Order Processing and Production

Many items sold by Jacob Mark Jewelers are custom-made or manufactured specifically for each customer. Production times vary depending on the design, materials, and current workload. Estimated production timelines may be provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed.

Orders are not considered ready for shipment until production is complete and the item has passed final quality inspection.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping method and carrier selection may vary depending on the value of the item, destination, and delivery requirements.

High-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery for security purposes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Jacob Mark Jewelers is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time refers only to the transit time after an order has been completed and shipped. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed. Jacob Mark Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Insurance

Orders may be shipped with insurance coverage depending on the value of the item. If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, customers must notify Jacob Mark Jewelers within forty-eight (48) hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

If damage occurred during shipping, customers must provide photographs of the packaging and the item so that a claim can be reviewed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and confirmed by the shipping carrier, Jacob Mark Jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that a secure delivery location is available when receiving shipments, especially for high-value items.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
