Once we receive your mold, production time is typically 2–3 weeks. All orders are shipped fully insured with tracking via UPS or FedEx. You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your piece is on the way.

All grillz and custom jewelry are made to order and considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom products.

However, if there is an issue with the fit or craftsmanship, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. We stand by the quality of every piece we create.
